20 years ago the Titles office was great, they had well qualified specialist examiners actually assisting you for same day registrations, now, they are a joke. The support have no idea, the examiners want to make you wait a fortnight just to give you a requisition and make you start the whole ridiculous process again. Effectively taking 4 weeks instead of same day it would have taken 20 years ago. They are not nearly as skilled, and feel no obligation to actually attempt to assist you at all . They call this progress ?

I was able to lodge Title Transfer myself thanks to staff that answer questions with an understanding and competance to guide me through requirements. Always got through quickly on phone and appreciated guidance through APR guideslines.
I had to call a few times to be sure I had process correct.
Was guided to find forms required and without this I dont think I would have had a successful transfer.
When lodging in person I was impressed by assistance and courteous manner of staff.

It was an amazing experience to deal with the land titles department that was helpful beyond the call of duty. The phone assistance was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable while the face to face assistance on site just blew me away. I found the online information daunting but the person behind the counter quickly sorted my documents out, let me know what information was still needed in a step by step understandable way and assisted with the organizing of them. This was done by staff in pleasant manner without making me feel stupid. Thank you so much team for making what could have been a nightmare experience for me and turning it into a sigh of relief and a smile on my face.

I did a transfer of title by myself as an individual without professional help.The system allows you to do this if you want, but it takes some effort. The guidance I got from staff at SERV helped me complete the task properly even though I was first rejected for not having everything in order. One has to appreciate the fact that if they were not so diligent in the checking & paperwork, then it would lead to serious mistakes which would create an absolute legal and emotional mess for people involved. I for one am thankful for the professional due diligence paid to the process.
Thank you for your patience and help in resolving my transfer.

No staff to answer phones. Your staff need to be educated that when they leave a message for a client, you need to provide a return phone number, not a general number. No staff available to process a credit card payment. Rang 5 times on one day to try and pay for a Transfer of Land. Totally unacceptable. Answering machines in your department seem to be the method of choice.
The entire process for transfer of land was frustrating, time wasteful and unpleasant. Your staff also need to be educated with phone etiquette and a sense of professionalism. Both were lacking in the staff I dealt with.

I was incredibly pleased with the service from Tiffany Ho over the phone. She was very patient in assisting me with a very complex lodgement issue and was not dismissive of any of my questions or queries. Further, she also made recommendations on how best to deal with the matter by giving me examples on options I could take, to best deal with the problem. This saved me so much time and was really very helpful. I hope she will be with the team long term, so that I may be able to call on her for guidance for any future matters.
