BioHazard Cleanup is an excellent company to do business with. I highly recommend them. Upon first contact, Lori explained the process and logistics of how they operate with explicit detail. I was able to receive same day service that was very appreciated. The nature of the job was very emotional and traumatic, but when Lori and Mike arrived, I was immediately put at ease. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely caring and professional in demeanor and operated with the utmost respect for the situation. I am confident that I could not have made a better choice. If you select to work with this company, you will not be disappointed.

I had called another cleaning service before and felt a little uneasy. But immediately over the phone felt more comfortable with Absolute Bio-Clean. My father had passed away in his living room but wasn’t found until a few weeks later. I was nervous about the cost and how to even go about cleaning. Lori answered the phone every time without any annoyance in her tone. She even helped me with all my random questions that didn’t pertain to her. I got a price range without even seeing the house over the phone, so I wouldn’t feel so shocked. The next day Mike came out to do the free estimate. Even he answered a few of my questions with ease. I booked them a few days later, waiting to hear from the insurance company. On the day of the removal and clean up, they were on time and fast moving. Stopping to ask if we wanted any clothing in the area. I didn’t feel the need to watch over. Once finished they even talked about what should be my next step. The company as a whole are very professional, friendly, and overall compassionate of my situation and I would highly recommend them for any service.

They removed contaminated walls, doors, cabinets, thoroughly cleaned and sanitized all affected areas and sealed surfaces. They went above and beyond my expectations. Their professional way of taking the problems step by step was gratifying. I had another estimate and they wanted to just come in and gut the place. I highly recommend Lori and Mike to manage any job. They were delightful to work with...so proactive in everyday.

Absolute Bio-Clean was a blessing during a very stressful event. They were very responsive, went above and beyond by showing up at 8:30 pm. They were very thorough and did extra for us. I really appreciated that they used botanicals instead of harsh chemicals - I didn't even think about that until it was done. Just really nice people with a professional work ethic. I would use them again!
