Carlos and his team did an incredible job refinishing and sealing our marble counter tops. We recently moved in and the counters had seen better days. They spent a long time making sure everything was done perfectly. The new finish is as flawless as I can imagine and was very affordable considering the time spent on the job. They also took immense care in covering cabinetry and appliances and putting up cloths on stands surrounding the work area to keep the rest of the room clean. When they were finished it was spotless in the kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with the work done.

We hired Mr. Gutierrez to restore some 50+ year old terrazzo flooring in a house we recently purchased which had not been maintained well at all by the previous owners. They had apparently put down wax on it that was discolored and peeling. Mr. Gutierrez was very prompt in responding and coming out to generate a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He and his assistant removed the old wax, ground and polished the floors, and put down a proper sealant. The floors look fantastic and he gave us good advice on future maintenance. Would absolutely turn to him again for future work.

Carlos came with a helper and cleaned my granite floors, polished and made them shine like new, cleaned the kitchen white ceramic tile and grout, sealed it and cleaned the marble tile in my Master bedroom... removing glue stuck on the floor ... looks like new! I will use them again and recommend them highly!!

Carlos Gutierrez and his staff did a great job on our tile floor. The brand new paint on the walls was not damaged in any way as they repaired, cleaned and sealed our tile floors. Yay!! I was surprised at how clean they made the process of applying black grout. They used white sheets to keep the area clean. I would have had black grout everywhere!

We recently had our marble countertops refinished in both the bathroom and kitchen, and I can’t say enough how great our experience was with CG Maintenance. From the time I contacted Mr Guiterrez, to when the work was done he was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional. While another company asked me to send them photos and dimensions of the work needing to be done, and didn’t even respond after I did, CG came to personally inspect and quote us. He thoroughly explained The process and told me that some of the etching and marks from the previous owners would not come out, but he’d do his best.

His quote was less than I anticipated and his work was better than I could have expected. Our kitchen and bathroom marble looks brand new, and when I texted him a week later to ask if a product was safe to use on our “new” stone, he responded promptly. So kind, highly recommend working with him!

Carlos Gutierrez and staff were excellent and professional. They stripped, sanded, deep cleaned (Diamond?!?!), and sealed our travertine floors. They look better than when they were first put in. I will definitely use them again.
