This is the worst Michael’s I’ve ever been to I want to check out and this older woman insisted that she has to help me and then she snatched a toy (that he walked in the store with) out of my 2 year old son’s hand and made him cry I kept telling your mom thank you for your helping, but I really don’t need it. I can do this on my own. She didn’t say anything. She just kept giving me a dirty look and kept taking things from my child. worst store ever I’ve never been to a Michaels store like this!!

Micheal's you need to give the cashier Lindsy a raise. I have never in my life went to a store and had a worker go above and beyond to help me find my item. She didn't tell me to go to this isle or point in the direction the item was she took me there. Even though she walked with a limp, she was more than happy to help me. Sheasked what I was making and I felt as she valued me as a customer.

Hello everyone...
My experience at Michaels was good until I got in line to pay for my items
I had cash money and I was the only one in line at that time, there was one person being waited on at the cash register, there was some kind of issue going on with that person so because of this I waited and waited and waited up to about 20 to 25 minutes I was asked by two people that work there are you paying with cash or card I said cash they said oh okay and continue to walk away no one went to the other cash register to open it so I could paid for my items and leave, instead they walked away and I had to wait even longer
I started to walk out and go somewhere else to pick up the items I had instead
I truly thought that was bad business
A store manager should have been called and someone should have opened another register and continue with the customers that were waiting, by that time other customers were in line in addition to me, of course they had not been in line as long as I have been.
So because of that I will not be returning to that particular Michaels:-(

my experience was ridiculous, they can check you out but tell you use the checkout when you don't know how. and then. pick up your curbside. you have to go back to line and get a nag to bag your pickup items. so low in customer service, I won't be back.
