The cleaning crew did good, but when I have to ask questions, Nora takes it like I'm yelling at her. She couldn't take it that I noticed that was missed and asked her to keep an eye on it for next time. She fired herself instead of trying to do better next time. Speaking English is the problem I think.

Nora and her team provides the best cleaning service I have ever experienced. Nora is detail oriented and extremely responsive. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and service appts kept. Very reliable and timely. Never rushes through appointments and has never canceled. Provides flexibility when needed amd never overlooks the small stuff. Love this company!!
