AIreServ jOf Shelton installed my ductless a\c system last week. The lead person onsite was a gentlemen named Dany. He instructed his crew on setup and install, He was very knowledgeable of process and assisted any member if they have issues or question. The install was completed in under 8 hours. Aire Serve installed my whole new system a few days ago: an air conditioner and furnace.
I have had a very constructive experience with them from the very beginning. A technician came to my house to provide a quote and explain all available options to address my needs and the size of my house. The home comfort technician, Jon, was professional and knowledgeable and provided three quotes for me to explore and decide. The explanations in the quotes were detailed and answered my questions.
A customer service person on the other side was courteous, helpful, and easy to talk to.
Messages and emails remind the customer of the appointment schedule.
The installation team, Cheyne and Nicholas, were experts and provided excellent service. All the installation went smoothly without any problems.
During the installation, Jon reached out to me to find out if all was going well.
I appreciate their care for the customer, and I would recommend them at any time.

The customer service with this company was mind-blowingly fantastic. Unfortunately because of my business's air conditioning setup they were not able to solve my issues but the customer service and follow through communication really prompted me to leave a fantastic review for them. I will without a hesitation use them in the future for any of my HVAC work need it. Their prices were reasonable they were able to send a technician out rapidly and they were extremely professional. Brian the service manager reached out to me personally and even helped me do some of the diagnostic work which was above and beyond any of my expectations.
