My father has been a loyal customer of this business for years now. He ordered 150 gallons of oil from Serv-all on November 6th. He ordered 150 gallons so that while he was in the hospital getting open heart surgery, the pipes would not freeze. I came home after being at the hospital for 13 straight hours to an invoice from Serv all in the mailbox and no oil in the tank. No oil was delivered, but of course someone was able to hand deliver an invoice for the imaginary 150 gallons. We ended up running out of oil and having no heat for the next week and a half, as I called serv all multiple times for the next few days and I was told by a manager that the driver said he delivered the oil to a black tank at the back of the house and the red tank was not connected to the house. I was flabbergasted as the red tank has been the only tank EVER to be on the back of the house and the tank is and always has been connected to the house. The driver apparently went back to the house the next day and said the black tank was now gone and he had no idea what happened. Nancy proceeded to tell me that someone MUST have siphoned out 150 gallons of oil, disconnected the supposed black 275 gallon tank and carried it off the property......

When I told her I refuse to pay, she said "we can't eat the loss on those 150 gallons". I told her that someone is lying and it is not me. I was so taken aback that she had the audacity to say that they couldn't eat the loss on their mistake, implying that I should suffer the consequences of their mistake while my dad almost died in the hospital from complications from surgery.

After multiple days of being told someone would call me back, I showed up to the office in person. Finally, they sent a manager and the driver to the house and the driver clammed up real quick. We told them we will not pay for the invoice and hopefully that is the end of it.

However after all the emotional distress, lying, and manipulation by this company I felt I needed to review this business to save other people from the same fate.

This company is THE worst company I have ever had ANY dealing with in my life. I cannot say enough bad things about my experience with Serv-all.

Lots of negative reviews popping up recently. I've been a customer since 2005 and never had an issue. Dana from the office is always courteous. Deliveries and quantities have been delivered as scheduled.

ZERO STARS FOR THE SCAMMERS. Claimed they filled my oil tank while I was recovering from open-heart surgery in the hospital. Came home to a cold house and a claim from the company that they filled an oil tank of which color has never existed on our property. Instead of making things right, Serv-All claimed they couldn't afford to take the loss. So, your driver messed up, either scams the oil himself or delievrs it to a wrong house and it's somehow our fault? Wow. Filing a claim through the Better Business Bureau and local court systems. Unbelievable lack of customer service and accountability. Would've thought I was dealing with toddlers. Take your business elsewhere to avoid being scammed too. Isn't the first time Serv-All has scammed its customers and I'm sure it won't be the last. Refer to multiple Google reviews and news articles written about their slimy business practices for proof.

THIS COMPANY SCAMS ITS CUSTOMERS (don't believe me? check the Google reviews and the many news articles written about them over the years) Scammed my family out of $580. Refused to make things right, stopped answering our calls. Complete denial and no accountability. Most unprofessional group of people I've had the displeasure of encountering. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these nasty people. See you in court Serv-all

I am giving Serv-all 5 stars because I don’t who the driver was but I want to tell him I appreciate he came in to my snow cover driveway and delivered my oil. I did have a chance plow and he came in anyway thank you Serv-all

I was a victim of a scam they pulled about 6 years ago . They were delivering only half of the amount ordered. this went on for a few months before I realized. It was in the Poughkeepsie Journal as well. I never received my oil or a refund as well as all the others did not either. To make matters worse it was my HEAP grant they we're stealing from. I will never use them again,

Being a long time customer with Serve All (since 1996) over the years I've had many upgrades done to cut down on heating expenses. this past week I called several times as they were having telephone issues and their phones were disconnecting customers, so I drove to their office on Friday Dec. 29, 2017 to give a new credit card info, have an oil delivery and have some service done on my burner. Everything was set for an oil delivery on Thursday Jan. 4, 2017. Until I called (as I was concerned that since my surgery in Nov. and not using alternative heat, that I might run out) and was informed that they would not be delivering due to snow storm and that until the fill was replaced they wouldn't make a delivery. Do you think Serv All could have mentioned this in any one of previous years that we had been doing business with... And not wait till I am almost out of oil and in a snow storm to inform me of your decision leaving me with little chance of getting an oil delivery in a snow storm with a weekend following the storm. I should report to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs for leaving a senior citizen stranded in a snow storm and one of the coldest Januaries in recent history.

I have been using this company for over 10 uears now and the service and delivery are outstanding. This company has never let me down. Always on point. The girls in office and Joe the service mechanic are awesome
