Hola me llamo yuniel y aplique para mi residencia en septiembre 1 del 2019 an pasado 4 años y no tengo respuesta aún e llamado muchas veces a USCIS para que me den una actualización sobre mi caso y solo me an dicho que está en revisión y la verdad estoy muy preocupado por ya a pasado mucho tiempo y no tengo notificación de mi caso y no sé por qué a pasado 4 años y no tengo respuesta estoy pasado del tiempo de procesamiento y nada de favor le pido al personal que lleva mi caso que me responda y me digan algo sobre mi caso espero que vean mi mensaje y me responda gracias y que Dios los bendiga por favor me pueden responder gracias no se para que uno deja comentarios en estos sitios si no te respondo veo que no les importa

Super awesome experience. I rescheduled myself from the north Baltimore center which is 3 hours away to this one which is 20 minutes away, and couldn't be happier! Easy parking, super fast processing, everyone working here is very-very gentle and courteous. I arrived 20 min early ahead of my appointment, and was out of the door 5 before my appointment time!! That's USG at its best!

Before arriving, I was surprised to see such high ratings for a government services office. Now I understand. This is easily the best-run, friendliest, most professional government services office I’ve ever seen. I brought my elderly, wheelchair-bound mother here for an appointment and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I almost tried to tip the staff before remembering how inappropriate that would be. Very impressed and grateful.

I want to start by saying that EVERY PERSON that works here it is very very polite and helpful!

I arrived at 10:45 a.m. for my 11:00 a.m. appointment, I went in checked in they check your documents and then you go to another procedure where they give you a number, so even tho you have an appointment its based on "first come, first serve".
So, you have to wait until you see the number on the screen to go in (usually 20 people at time); they have a Security Person that calls for the number on the screen and explains you what to do, he was so polite and nice.
Once you go in, they just take your fingerprints and picture and pretty much you're done (it doesn't take more than 5 minutes) the staff doing that they are so polite and nice as well.

The only reason I gave 4 stars it is because of that "first come, first serve" even tho they give specific times for appointments. I had to wait an hour after I arrived for my appointment (15 min early) to go in and get my stuff done.

I arrived at 10:45 a.m. and I was out around 12:17 p.m.

They have bathrooms in the installation that you can use.

Great location, very clean and inviting facility, very friendly and courteous staff, super quick! I was there for a biometrics appointment, I was in and out in 10 mins.
