We just used JennyClean for a complete deep clean. Very happy with the results from Chasity and Justine. After an initial issue getting scheduled, we got on the schedule. The ladies came as promised and did an awesome thorough job. Never used this type of service before. Very impressed and would recommend. We will use them again.

Needed a last minute deep clean of our house that we had listed. Late on a Friday night I contacted JennyClean and got a prompt response, they said they could work me in on Wednesday, and I thanked them but said I needed someone sooner. Without hesitation, she found someone to meet my needs and had someone in to do the work on a Monday. Crystal was thorough and did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend! Will be calling them again!

I think the clean went well. I think I just should have researched more and asked more questions I think that the company excels at furnished cleans per the reviews and I had higher expectations for the moving out clean, which I also didn’t share with them. Also I should have cleared out my fridge more as that was not cleaned which is probably on me. The kitchen cabinets were cleaned but the bathroom cabinets were not even though they were cleared out and I don’t think the oven was counted in the clean just the stove. They also didn’t clean any windows. It just unfortunate because I will just have to clean it myself. Pricing was fair 100 dollar deposit 65 an hour . They blocked for 4 hours and then called and extended and hour to spot clean the walls.The floors and the walls and the bathroom in the tub were all done well

I'd give them more stars ? if I could! Can't believe this is the same cottage we left a while ago. Everything is spotless and for a cottage in the woods that is amazing. They cleaned everything I thought would always stay dirty. I literally walk around and look at it and tell my husband "I can't believe it "! We will definitely keep them on a routine.
BEST SERVICE EVER!! And everyone is so pleasant to deal with.

I was in a bind. I had four guests leaving my rental on the morning of July 8th and 8 guests arriving by 3 that afternoon. What to do? I called Jenny Clean. They were able to send in two ladies that took over. They cleaned our 3
bathrooms, dusted, mopped and vacuumed our 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining area and living room. I would not have been able to make the turn over without them. Thank you Jenny Clean. We will be calling again.

These are the best cleaners I've found in Traverse City and I've tried a few. Excellent and thorough work. Well worth the money!
