Hi I booked a deep cleaning service through AmazonPrime with est of 7 hrs the team arrived at 11:06 . I arrived home at 1pm and was told that they were only scheduled for 3.5 hours since there were two technicians . They had already taken there vacuum to there cars.I agreed that was fine but requested that they clean the corners as I paid extra for a deep cleaning of the rooms they advised they did not have the equipment and then restate they would only be staying for 3
hrs.
At this point they took my vacuum which has no attachements without permission.We previously spoke with the manager who said it was 3 .5 hours at this point they had been here around 2 hours.The older women became argumentative and I then asked them to leave. When I asked for there names they refused and the younger technicians made a point to curse me out in Spanish and shoot birds (before getting in her vehicle. Absolutely disgraceful . The whole time ‘this is taken place I am trying to get someone from the company on the phone. I will not recommend this company to anyone in Tampa/ Brandon and will advise all of my friends family coworkers and neighbors use another more reputable company. Never had any issues with any other maid service. Thanks for ruining my Thanksgiving as i will have to do the cleaning myself.

We hired this company to do a move in clean. The two women were here for 5 hours and our home is dirty. What a joke. A waste of money. I called the supervisor and told her in detail how disgusting they left the house. Told her what was left untouched. She said she would call me back with a way to “make it right” and we haven’t heard from her. This company is horrible.

By all means stay way from this company, I had a horrible experience. Two ladies came, one of them could not speak a word of English. First, they came later than the agreed time, when they started cleaning, they realized that one of them did not have cleaning supplies, and their vacuum cleaner was not working. I told them to clean my baseboards with a dry cloth, but no they continued to use a wet cloth which removed the paint from the walls of my brand new home. When I explained how to clean the cleaning lady gave me the cloth and said " do it your self"... I have never had such an experience with any of my previous cleaning ladies. They refused to clean one of the bathrooms and vacuum as their vacuum cleaner was not working. they said they can only stay here for two hours, they were wasting time on phone, talking to each other etc... and two hours just passed by... literally the only thing they did was to clean one of my bathrooms, and the living area. i called the owner Angel and sent her the pictures after they left of how the left my house, Angel said she will come and do what was not done, but she never showed up...this company is just after your money... they charged my $ 27.5/ hour each.... The owner Angel is a lier..... if I could give them 0 star I would do so.. they dont even deserve 1 star... Tried out the company for the first time and right after they finished cleaning I immediately called to get on their bi-weekly calendar! While I find myself to be very picky, they went above and beyond! I am so excited to have picked them as our service provider. I truly appreciated their attention to detail- they were very hard working.
