PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE YO WILL REGRET IT
THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE PACKAGES AND DONT CARE IF PACKAGE GETS THERE ON TIME OR NOT, ALSO VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, SOMETIMES I CALL AND THEY HAVE ACTITUDE, THE OWNER IS A LIER, VERY UNPROFESIONAL. PLEASE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE GO DIRECTLY TO UPS OR POST OFFICE. ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGE MORE. THEY DOESN'T DESERVE NOT EVEN 1 STAR. I PAID FOR 2 DAY AIR AND PACKAGE TOOK ONE WEEK TO GET THERE. ALSMOST 70$ IT WASNT WORTH IT

The new owners are not affiliated with the former owner, and it shows. They are knowledgable, hard-working, communicative and efficient.

Dealing with the previous business (Mail-IT and Ship-IT) was a chaotic nightmare with lost mail and constant overcharges for stored mail you already picked up or that they couldn’t find. Then he abruptly went out of business without notice to customers or the payment processor, leaving current mailbox customers with a big mess to sort out.

So these are two different owners and two different businesses. I’ve had no issues with Miracle Mail, just top notch service.
