Just moved to the neighborhood in March 2022 and have used this place a handful of times, mostly for Amazon returns. Have had zero issues so far - very easy to walk in and drop off my items to be returned. Since this is not a designated Amazon drop-off I do have to print the labels myself and package items, but not a big deal and easier than trying to go to an Amazon drop off location. Surprised to see it only has 3 stars, but most of the reviews appear to be for the previous owners. Figured I should throw in my review as this place has been super convenient and great for me!

Axel was absolutely amazing to do business with. I don’t live in Van Nuys but I will be recommending he get a raise. I am serious, he was so welcoming and took care of me with the most outstanding customer service. I need to speak to the boss. Asap

Not all heroes wear capes but I think I’ll find one for Axel! If this sounds like hyperbolic, it shouldn’t. He saved me from having to rush to the post office after my session at the gym next door. It was a small request for a stamp, and not only did he fulfill it, but he was gracious and kind to me. We even chatted for a minute after his heroic act. I really appreciate him and his kindness. A great little find where Burbank Blvd meets Van Nuys Blvd. Plenty of parking and great service. Ask for Axel. He’s great to deal with, even at 5 minutes before closing time. Highly recommend!
