Pésimo atención al cliente,fui solo para imprimir unos documentos y claro estaba teniendo problema al ingresar el correo electrónico y al pedir ayuda se dieron la vuelta y siguieron atendiendo a otra gente.jamas recomendaría ese lugar.

Very positive experience overall. I had to ship multiple time-sensitive packages and had incorrect address information for multiple items The FedEx team member who worked with me patiently helped me sort out correct shipping and address information, and I had a great customer service experience. 10/10 would return to the FedEx Office Court Street location again for printing and shipping needs.

Ignorant customer service. I used the location to pick up my packages (first time and NEVER again) because of close proximity to work. NEVER again. Slow is not the word. More like extreme case of teeth pulling. Took them forever to even find my information in the system. Avoid this location at all costs. One star is too generous of a feedback for this place.

Customer service was unpleasant and not welcoming at all. But what really stood out to me was the behind the counter conversations the employees were having. One their conversation was loud enough that if at the counter where I was waiting to get checked out anyone could hear and they were talking about autism and children on the spectrum. The conversation was very ignorant and they were kind of making humor out of children on the spectrum. I took offense to it because as a mother who has a child on the spectrum the ignorant conversation shouldn’t have been had one at work and two while customers were waiting to check out. Secondly, you have no idea who is in your store. I wanted to cancel my order after hearing that conversation however the woman handed me my order before I could say anything. Im not sure if the guy was the manager who was engaging with the staff but management needs to be tighten up.

This is my favorite Fedex Store around my neighborhood, the place is always very clean and friendly. Tashain and Brianna are my go-to-people, they’re always so responsive to my questions and needs! Keep sending Brooklyn love like that please!

I visited the FedEx store on Court Street and I must say the reps were super nice and printed out my book, Signs Resource Book. I'm an author, ESL teacher, and business owner to my own tutoring company. I always come to this location to print out my books before I publish them via Amazon. I was quite pleased with the results and appreciate the great customer service. I left both reps a good review and plan to give them a copy of my now published book as a thank you for their service. ?

I was in and out in less than five minutes. I only had to print out a few documents. The self-service was easy to understand and the space was kept nice and clean. I will be back- thank you!

Avoid this location at all costs. Managers and staff are not attentive and don’t do work. Tried scanning paperwork 4 times and the scanner did not work. Spoke to employee an each time he walked away when the error showed up instead of waiting to see the problem. Manager just stood there and did nothing. I spent an hour in the store trying to resolve. Waited in line to speak to them. Was told to buy a flash drive then maybe the scanner will work then. I gave up and went to staples.
