James and his team came to do the vacate clean for my previous apartment. They’re professional and I’m satisfied with their excellent work. All the equipments in the unit were deep cleaned and they look new. The steaming of all the carpet including those in the wardrobe gave the whole place a fresh look. Definitely recommend!

Despite the fact that they were called twice after cleaning for minor things they co-ordinated with my RE agent directly, got the time organized and shared the pics after each job. I have used this company because it had 5 stars review on Google. DO NOT TRUST the reviews you see. Most of the 5 star reviews are from friends. My personal experience was a ZERO STARS review unfortunately. They have a 100% Bond back guarantee clearly advertised on their website. BUT I did not get my full bond back and I had to send or pay another cleaner to fix their cleaning! The real estate was not happy with their cleaning and gave them an opportunity (with a list) to return to the property to fix up the cleaning. They were hard to get in touch, they do not pick up the phone, despite leaving them sms and voice message to call back. The real estate agent had to call them despite numerous unsuccessful attempts from me (the customer). Finally they sent someone back to the property a WEEK later, they had the key for 2 days and STILL they did not fix up the cleaning.
I had no choice but to send another cleaner recommended by the real estate agent to go back to the property to finish the job for them. I did not get 100% bond back and had to PAY EXTRA to get another cleaner!!! I needed a reliable company to do my end of lease clean at my rental to reduce further stress on vacating. BUT they just did theopposite that! I had messages and emails from real estate and the owner of the company to prove what I said is truly correct and accurate. Do yourself a favour, do not engage with this company for your end of lease cleaning needs. Even after this bad experience, I sent an email to the owner James whom I had been dealing with the whole time regarding unacceptable cleaning standards from the real estate agent plus paying extra, he did not bother responding. My experience says it all.?

These guys are like a magician, I am blown away by how quick they are! I used Kong Cleaning for a unit that we lived in for the last 7 years, and this guys managed to get 100% on our bond!
