Excellent services by Peter and all his staff. The cleaning crew were exemplary and extremely detailed oriented. Upon arriving the office one can notice even the welcome mats at entry doors were well vacuumed and immaculate and as the rest of the office space. I highly recommend Building Cleaning Services to any offices. I'm sure Peter will make a personal visit as well, he's the most kind and courteous man and very knowledgable. Especially with covid, the cleaning crew have been amazing. We cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Our company has worked with BCS for the past few years. Kathy, Garrison, and the rest of the team have always been very knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. AND you get very personal service.

BCS is one of the top companies in their field and we're able to see based on the quality of their work and the quality of their customer service.

We mainly deal with BCS as it relates to mold remediation (we do the initial inspections for mold, asbestos, and lead paint - along with the clearances), but I know they provide other services as well.

Whether you are using them for office cleaning or mold removal they have dedicated teams that specialize in that. They are very knowledgeable and courteous, and value you as a customer, which I think people do less and less these days so I appreciate it.
