DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I requested a deep cleaning of a two bedroom, two bathroom condo. The bedrooms were not completed - no dusting of furniture, mirrors not touched, area rugs not fully vacuumed. They sent an older woman and did not provide adequate cleaning time. The dispatchers were calling her after two hours to see if she was finished to move her to the next job. I have left multiple phone messages, sent multiple texts, and sent multiple contact forms on their website but I can't get anyone to call me back to discuss a refund.

Hello,
Please do not hire this company. I got overcharged for time that they did not clean. I specifically asked for an experience person who arrived 35 minutes late and they did not dust any surface in my house. Safe your money and a headache.

I recently had a standard home cleaning service and was extremely impressed with the results. The team arrived on time and were very professional and friendly. They thoroughly cleaned every room in my house, including dusting, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces. They paid special attention to areas that tend to get overlooked, such as baseboards and behind furniture. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this cleaning company to others. The team did an excellent job and my home looked great!

We are partnered with these wonderful crew to help manage our cleanings in Lake Arrowhead. Our short term rental there is usually fully booked and we needed help cleaning. E’salvio cleaning has been a godsend. Super communicative and on time. They make me feel so much better and less stressed knowing my cabin is clean and ready for the next guest.
