I manage a luxury boutique hotel in Venice Beach and Violeta and her crew have been the backbone of our business since the day we opened our doors. I have only great things to say about this company. Her and her daughter Erika are very responsive and quick to be helpful in anyway. They keep not only our guest rooms immaculate, but our storage closets stay organized which makes our operations run very smooth. Violeta's team has an incredible work ethic. They are timely, diligent, and take care of our property as if the Queen was staying with us. It's no surprise that in addition to them providing a high quality service, they are also some of the kindest people in LA. Always understanding and compassionate, I feel more like a part of their family than a client. I will recommend this crew to anyone in need of a great cleaning service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and would rate it 0 stars if possible. It seems that some employees put in significantly more effort than others, while a particular employee, named Lilly, consistently does less work compared to her colleagues. This raises concerns about fairness, work culture, and management oversight within the company. Additionally, the areas that were serviced were left with hair, dirt, and grime, despite my request for a deep cleaning. The work feels minimal and does not meet the standards expected for such a service

I hired Violet’s business to clean my Airbnb a year ago at the last minute when my regular cleaning person got sick. She enthusiastically agreed to clean even when it was last minute. I was so impressed with her professionalism and business history. She and her team came prepared with supplies, a smile and great attitude, hard to fine these days! They worked hard, efficiently and went above and beyond what I expected. I love that they take pictures when they’re finished cleaning, verifying that the job is done. Immediately, I can see how well they’ve cleaned since I can’t be present when they are cleaning. I hired Violet’s team to deep clean my 1b apartment and was impressed with her professionalism from the get go. They went truly above and beyond - I was shocked when I got home to see the work. They left no stone unturned and even organized my messy closets, cupboards, bookshelves, etc - not to mention the standard surface cleaning which was immaculate. My building is from the turn of the century with plenty of “landlord special” paint and old flooring, years of dust and dirt etc., it’s difficult to clean and they rocked it. Walls, ceiling, behind the stove and fridge… I could go on! It was more money than I initially expected to pay but upon inspection, entirely well spent and done right the first time. Highly recommend!

Violet's house cleaning service is the best I've experienced in Los Angeles. Three of Violetta's team members transformed my college apartment in an hour.

They truly go above & beyond - doing things that I didn't even expect them to. They are all extremely warm, friendly, and professional. I couldn't recommend this enough. Much much better than any service I've tried before.

My kitchen was organized, my bathroom was cleaner than ever, even the trash bags were replaced! And the throw blankets were all decoratively folded. So happy I chose them 🙂

This is a late review but I reached out to Violet for a quote few a days ago. She came to my apt and quoted me + let me know what will be included in the service. She was able to get her team out the next very next day. The team of 3 worked tirelessly for a few hours and meticulously cleaned every inch of my apt, including but not limited to re-organizing my shelves & cabinets (which I appreciate very much). They pay attention to little details and that is a big plus for me. Her team were very respectful and efficient throughout the whole process. There were some spots that were missed but Violet assured me it won't be a problem. She came back right away, cleaned the areas herself. My apt has never been this clean before. Violeta and her team did an incredible job! Their deep-clean left our one-bedroom apartment looking like a luxury hotel suite. When we moved in last year, the apartment management said they'd had it cleaned, and it seemed fine, but Violeta's team clearly paid much more attention to detail! There were small vents, window slats, and high-up skylights that suddenly looked clear and beautiful, that we'd never seen looking that way before. They made sure every inch of our home was polished and dust-free with everything carefully put back in place, including small corners we normally couldn't reach or wouldn't have thought of. Efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
