As a business owner, I find that staffing is the hardest part of business. Finding people that will represent your company as if it is their company, is near impossible. However, if you find someone who can achieve that, hold on to them. Jimmy Brundage is that guy for Truly and I truly mean that. I thought he just treated us like family and gave us extra special care ( and he does ) but we clearly aren't exclusive to that. I read some of these reviews and it seems that he is that way with all his customers.

Beyond the amazing customer service, we no longer have issues with rats or ants, he has dealt with every issue we have had, and we could not be more thankful......Truly has a customer for life, and we got a friend for life in Jimmy.

Mike Nowak promptly came out and thoroughly assessed our few mice in the attic situation. Since the problem was not huge and our house had already been wired up for rats, he first gave us the option of and advised us as to the best approach to try to remedy the mice problem ourselves in order to save us big expense and told us to give him a call if the problem was not resolved on our own. We easily resolved the problem ourselves at very little expense to us thanks to Mikes expertise advise. I really appreciated his honesty and being given an alternative option to avoid great expense to us.

The technicians were good at their job.
The scheduling department is not adequate.
They say one time for arrival but the technician has a different time. This was very difficult to deal with. Not happy with that at all.

mike the inspector was excellent in telling me about what i could do about my problem no matter hour many times i asked the same thing over and over he was very patient with me he was fantastic
