Tristate American Cleaning Service is such great company to work with. My office hired them to come in and clean. Every single time they came in they were professional, friendly and most important their work is impeccable, always leaving our office spotless. They did such a great job that I even hired them to clean my apartment. Their service is amazing and I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is looking to hire a cleaning service.

Horrible service, lies to employees about the pay structure and the pay. A woman was told she would start off with 15 and then they decided to change it to 14 an hour when she started the job. Instead of being true to their word they keep on stalling on her and telling her excuses on why it’s not 15 an hour. She works 48 hours and yet they cheat her from her time and a half. This company loves to take advantage of undocumented people, they abuse their power because they believe they can’t do nothing about it. I hope this company fails or the people that were assigned this sector, fired. The “manager” believes there is nothing wrong and that she should be lucky that she has a job in this country. I hope someone reads this and goes after this company and I hope the “ manager” reads this as well. I wish I could give no stars. Also they lie to the companies they’re contracted with, if your company is partnered with them I would highly recommend to relook on how the contract is constructed and also ask the employees because they tell the employees and the companies two different things. All these other comments are Bots I’m assuming.

We hired TSA cleaning to take care of a small commercial space. Their post construction cleaning was excellent and we are now using them for daily cleaning within that same space. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. After almost a year with them I have no complaints to give. I would definitely recommend their services.
