I'm traveling back to Glasgow today with my family after a lovely holiday in Orlando. However the trip didn't end in a perfection. It's our first time in the US and the luggage check in service has already gave us a hell lot of trouble. The black male staff at the counter who severed us started on one of our three check in luggages claimed it's "too big" for him to lift. Well, literally this bag is a bit over (10% over the limit). Then he's demanding us to repack the over weight into one of our other luggage to balance the weight. I insist this is never happening before with other airlines we traveled with, I explained we understand this is overweighted but we are checking in other two luggages which can meet the requirement. Then the black male staff start to question me " am I telling them how to do their job right" well I'm an easy going person particularly in this situation we I'm in the negative side, but I can't take this challenging tongue of his comment. As you can imagine I started fight for my "right". The lack male staff must sensed my anger and turned around to seek for his "back up" shortly a black female staff appeared which I assumed it's his supervisor. I was hoping finally I got someone make sense but I was wrong this one is even worst! She supposed supervisor commented even worse, she told me " this is USA not continental, you must follow our rule!" I'm so shocked to her super unprofessional comment. This totally pissed me off! The outcome doesn't ended as we hoped we had to bring in the United airline staff to explain to us more professionally. I just want to say the Airserv service is totally crap and unprofessional, I don't understand why they get the contract!! Pack of scum bags!!

Terrible customer service, unprofessional, resulting in a series of people missing their connections. We were asking them to hold the bus repeatedly as we came down the stairs and they did nothing to help us. United start to pay attention. You are losing customers because of Air Service. What a joke!

Worse company ever. Company is very disorganized. Supervisory staff is very unprofessional. Office team lacks professionalism and customer service. Office seems to employ Hispanics with limited English capabilities. Visit was very unwelcoming as well as frustrating.

I'm only at this review because I don't like the people in this place the location is correct but for some reason there's no truck parking and when I park my truck in front of the place to try to offload I have a problem with the staff don't ever want to go back there
