Very very very poor service. Being told all sorts of BS. Schedule appointments and maybe they show up. Came out and recharged Freon $1100 but never cleaned out a/c drain. Made another appointment and a no show. Stay away. Also being charged a monthly service and for what….

When our 22-year-old central A/C system bit the dust last week, my son recommended Aire SerV of Melbourne, since he had used them to install his new system and was happy with their overall performance and ongoing maintenance service. I can say we were not disappointed. We upgraded to a 16 SEER York system and have been pleased with every aspect of our purchase, including the initial diagnostic visit by Frank Ingo, their Field Supervisor, the sales visit by the owner, Grady Stewart, who carefully explained all options and benefits, and the 2-day turnaround for a SATURDAY installation by Frank along with their installation supervisor, Neal Gugenheim. (He said his family missed fame and fortune by one "g"! LOL!) These guys are the consummate professionals. They arrived precisely on time as promised, completed a neat and clean installation, and left the work area spotless. (See photos) The system has been working flawlessly since last Saturday - and just in time for our houseful of Thanksgiving visitors! Thank you so much! We will definitely continue our relationship with your company far into the foreseeable future. It is nice to know there are still reputable companies doing quality work out there!

been a customer for over ten years. have used them numerous times in the past for our a/c needs.Jesus is our normal tech for trouble shooting our problems. He is very amiable and usually takes care of our bi-yearly work. we replaced duct work in 2021. today 11/22/2023 had to replace our unit. Owen Georg came out the next day(called at 4 a.m. Saturday for the emergency), He came out first thing Sunday morning to discuss our options.Happy with the quote we received. Approved it then and there. Got a call that the work would be done that Tuesday. Happy for that since we live in Florida and to be without air is unbearable. Kaleab and Jordan were fantastic and worked diligently to install our new unit. work was done in a timely and clean manner and we are very happy for the result. My wife and I recommend them highly.

From beginning to end, this is your team. I have worked with an HVAC installer in Canada to install many mini-split units. So I knew the drill. I knew the approximate wholesale cost of the unit we chose and what was involved in the install. These are real pros. LOVE their use of technology to keep you informed every step of the way. I got 3 price quotes and to make it all sweeter, they were the best price. Don't think twice, hire these guys and you will not be disappointed.

When our air ducts needed to be replaced, we used Aire Serv and were blown away by the service. First, they scheduled a meeting with their architect Owen, who worked with us to develop a plan that met our preferences. He was careful to explain every obstacle and the options we had. Once we decided to move forward, Aire Serv sent a full team of contractors on short notice to do a very big job... electrician pulling permits, copper lines, the works. Neal, Jason, and Caleb were friendly and professional and after three full days of work at our house they felt like family. They were extremely good with our dog and small child, working around them in a considerate way when necessary. Once the job was done, Aire Serv followed up several times to make sure we were satisfied and had next steps covered, and even sent us a holiday card. Overall, this experience made a stressful decision very easy and enjoyable, and we plan to use this company from now on.

My AC stopped working Sunday evening, I called Monday morning and Beth answered the call immediately and set me up with an appointment that afternoon. Mathew and Miles showed up at the appointed time, checked the unit diagnosed the problem explained the situation and started the repair. They were very kind and professional and did a very good job. The entire staff, both office and service are wonderful, I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very long time. Thank you all, your company is first class. Also thank you to Jesus and his assistant, also very kind and professional, for coming out today and replacing the part that was ordered yesterday completing the repair work.

Hello, citizens of Brevard, my name is Johnny Rodriguez of Palm Bay. I purchased a HVAC system ( Pinnacle brand series 18 seer) on 07/24/16 from Aire Serv. Aire Serv claimed it was their very best. At the time, it was a very high priced unit , costing me $7,683.98 dollars. To my surprise, what a huge disappointment and I regret dealing with Aire Serv. Within the first 2 years, I've experienced problems with the unit. The very first day the unit was installed, it did not cool my home immediately, the installers advised me it needed some time to remove all the humidity from the home before it could cool down the home. A call to Aire Serv the next day was considered my very first service call. They came out and found problems with installation of the wiring with the thermostat, it was backwards. A quick fix and the unit finally worked. It concerned me that a mistake was made and I had to make a service call so soon. The following year (less than 2 years) , I called for another repair. The air handler stopped working and it was discovered by the technicians the blower motor cage had failed and needed to be replaced. Since the unit was covered under a 10 year free parts replacement program, the blower motor cage part cost was covered. However, I had to pay for the labor. It cost me approx $80 dollars. I could not believe that a motor cage would fail so soon.The following year (into the third year, 06/21/19), Aire Serv came out for routine maintenance and found my unit was not cooling properly because the main defrost control board on the outside condenser unit was failing and it was low on freon. The main computer board was slightly burnt and melted. This made me very unhappy with the unit, so I spoke with owner, Grady Stewart about a possible exchange. He refused to swap out my unit. I explained to him that I was very concern about the unit failing every year, since it had already failed me twice within 3 years. My concerns fell on deaf ears and I felt that I had purchased a lemon and could do nothing about it. Owner, Stewart had the technician repair the problem and it cost me $423.51 for the labor. Again, I was not happy with the ac being repaired in such a short period of time. The following years to come, I've kept Aire Serv as my regular maintenance company in the event that they would at least consider replacing my unit, with no luck. Every year the system would require freon and that too, was disappointing. I asked them why did my system need freon every year and further inspection of the unit revealed a very small leak inside the air handler. Again, another cost I was not prepared for. Fast forward to the present, 10/17/24, the system is now under 8 years old. I turned it off on 10/31/23 for several months to save on my power bill and because the weather had been really nice. On March 09, 2024, it was really hot so I turned on my ac unit to discover, it does not work. I called an independant ac technician for a diagnosis of my unit and found the computer board at the condenser has failed again. I have documentation of some repairs and photos. I also have contact information on two ex-employees of Aire Serv, which will back me up on this bad ac system. The two employees work on the unit at my house.

At this time, I will have to replace my entire system and be out of pocket more money. I refuse to continue repairing a HVAC system that has been nothing but problems over the years. I caution the consumers doing business with Aire Serv. I will not rate this company or the product five stars but only two.

My technician, Jesus was by far the best technician I’ve ever dealt with. he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went over every aspect of my system with me and explained how everything worked and what every reading meant. he was able to resolve our extremely high electric bill and our bill is now a quarter of what it was. He is truly an asset to the company and I will request him every time I have an issue in the future. The price was also very reasonable.
