After having some issues with the service I had on a previous visit, I was hesitant to go back again, but I am very happy I did. The new employee that transferred from Mt Pleasant (sorry, but I forget his name) was very friendly and apologetic for previous incident. He assured me that the service on my car was done properly and if I had any questions or issues to call him. His kindness and professionalism makes me glad I believe in giving second chances. I will come back to Alma Ford in the future. Thank you to all those who had a part in servicing my vehicle.

I just had my brand new vehicle serviced here I normally do my own service work but this is my first brand new vehicle so I figured I'll give the dealer a shot. First off the staff here is very friendly they had my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner. They called me after I left and told me they forgot to adjust the tire pressures in my truck. (That's ok mistakes happen) the fact that the tech owned up to his mistake and was honest means alot to me. it's hard to find good honest people nowadays. I can't remember the techs name but he does a very good job. Keep up the good honest work(service date was 7/13/24)

Have been a customer for years with good service. A little disappointed with the new Bronco we got 3 weeks to find out there some options on it don't work because of a faufty front "bearing", waiting to get fixed.

Very unorganized the day we were there. Our car was in the parking lot for 10 minutes or more and i finally went back to see why they hadn’t contacted us. Then they gave me the paperwork and key.
