Gregory at the AutoNation Service Center was great to work with regarding the repairs on my car. He kept me informed through the whole process.
I took adantage of the Valet Service and Jillian came to pick up my car and deliver it back to me when it was done.

After experiencing an issue with the shop putting the wrong oil in my truck, service advisor Devan went above and beyond to ensure the issue is rectified. At first I was skeptical about returning here for service but his above and beyond actions to ensure my issue got resolved has changed my mind. As long as Devan is there, I will continue to bring any and all of my vehicles to him. I Highly recommend utilizing him as your service advisor and I greatly appreciate the effort he put in for me as a customer.

we have an elusive ghost in our F150 that the Sanford Auto Nation dealership did its absolute best to discover, however it's still a mystery. They offered to remake keys and do further diagnostics at no additional charge.
Everyone was really sweet. The manager called me personally to check on the status of the vehicle. You don't find that anywhere !

I believe the experience is really hinged on who is working with you to find what you need. I was fortunate enough to be connected to a wonderful salesperson who walked me through the whole process and worked on finding exactly what I was looking for, his name is “Champ”. He truly is a champion when it comes to customer service. He was excellent and patient with me throughout my experience. I would 100% recommend coming to this dealership if you’re looking into buying a Ford and of course ask for “Champ”.
