Barbour’s towing was Johnny on the spot!!! They responded very fast and was extra thorough on making sure my box was secure before transporting it. Five stars isn’t enough to rate the great group of people at Barbour’s Towing.

Broke 3 wheel studs on my way southbound. Explained the situation to the receptionist and waited until the following day for a technician. The tech showed up, who was very professional but stated he cannot do the repair as he thought the repair was 3 lug nuts and showed me the ticket which stated lug nuts and not wheel studs as I explained. Still charged me $300 to say he cannot repair. Only giving two stars because the technician was nice and professional.

BMW roadside assistance used this company to transport my motorcycle to a repair shop and back to my house. The person who picked my motorcycle up showed up with a flat deck truck which made me nervous but he did a great job strapping it down and had no issues. The same type of flat deck truck was used to return it except the two people who brought it back had no idea how to strap it down on the flat deck and bent my right muffler pipe.

Used this company a few months ago. We paid $125 for 17 miles of towing. Just called for another quote to go .6 miles. Was told $200. She tried to lower the price on the phone to $150... for .6 miles. Don't waste your time.

Excellent service! I cannot say enough how good this company was to work with! They responded quickly, and the driver was so nice and professional. He was great at his job - efficient, fast, and a great personality. We were incredibly grateful for him (I believe his name was "K"), and Barbour's Towing! Very reasonable rates, as well. I highly recommend this company!

Barbour’s Towing did a fine job for me. The young lady on the phone nice and Tony the tow truck driver was extremely friendly and respectful to me and my truck. He took greet care hooking up my truck so there would very little chance of damage. I would definitely use this towing company again.

Let’s start with they enable their employees steel, my vehicle was there for 10 days I was notified by my vehicle app that my door had been on opened on the vehicle. I called the tow yard within ten minutes of the notification and reported it to them. Never once did anyone go and check on vehicle. I go to pick up the car a few days later to notice damage to the driver side right door where someone broke the door handle to break in. (The same door I called and reported to them)Management was no help and did not want police involved. Yet, the tow yard took pictures of the vehicle before leaving with it. They still have the pictures and know for a fact the car had been tampered with on their property but will not take responsibility for a door handle that will cost no less than $700 to possibly 2,000 if censors are messed up. Why charge me daily to keep my vehicle if you are not going to keep it safe? Even though they didn’t want police involved a report has been filed.

Bryan took incredible care of us today. He helped my kids and I after two tires blew out by helping keep us safe, waiting for help, as well as helping identify what tires we needed for replacement and where to go. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to give us excellent help.
