It was our first time using Peter's services, and the experience was seamless. Communication was easy and prompt, and he was very accommodating with requests. He arrived on time to provide a quote few weeks ago, offered an excellent price for the radiator installation, and serviced our boiler efficiently which was carried out today. After a recommendation from a local group, we booked Peter to service the boiler in house we recently purchased. Communication was great start to finish, reminders about upcoming appointment and an ETA update on the day. Peter was knowledgeable about the system and took time to ask about the history and any issues we had noticed. The service looked very thorough, and all his recommendations were explained and the worn parts shown. We opted to go with the repairs suggested which were carried out in the same visit and reasonably priced. Since the service the dripping overflow, which had been on and off since moving has now stopped and the boilers pressure seems much more consistent. I feel confident the boiler is in the best condition for winter now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter for boiler maintenance. Thanks for your work Peter and we will see you next year for the next service.

Peter was amazing. Identified the issue with our boiler control panel within 5 minutes, as we needed a replacement, he didn’t leave us cold as he put in a temporary fix to allow us to control our central heating via the boiler itself whilst waiting for a replacement panel. Came and installed the new control panel a few days later when it arrived, gave instructions on how to use it along with general tips for our boiler and was incredibly personable and felt like chatting to a friend. Also gave heads up to confirm when he was on his way so we were fully in the know.
Fantastic and will definitely contact him in the future with any boiler issues. Highly recommend!

Peter came out at very short notice to fix our boiler. Another engineer recommended him saying “if anyone can fix it he can” and they were right! He took his time working out the issue and also serviced our boiler. I felt he was really thorough and didn’t rush. He also took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how he fixed it. His prices were really reasonable too. I’d highly recommend his service.
