Do not use this service. After a very push sales person called 3 times in the same day following a quote, constantly referencing their “100’s of 5 star reviews”, it is clear these reviews are false. The cleaner showed up 2 hours late with no communication, and didn’t complete the basic tasks of wiping down kitchen cupboards and drawers, vacuuming in bedrooms and wiping down bathroom cupboards or drawers. These photos are AFTER they came to “fix it” and I was required to finish the job. After contacting for a refund, no action has been made to remedy this. Incredibly unprofessional service.

I have had to go through a few different teams at Calibre Cleaning, because of my own shifting work schedule and moving houses. But my new team Andrea has been Fantastic! 10/10 highly recommend! They are responsive, high attention to cleaning detail, and also just really nice people. My house looks brand new after they have attended to my cleaning booking! The company itself if always very responsive to phone/email too, which is great.

Do not recommend, Avoid at all cost.

Calibre cleaning is an agent that hire subcontractors to clean. They have no quality assurance and control.

Paid $462 for a move in clean and the cleaners barely did anything more than surface cleaning. We are well aware of what is included in our package but this was disappointedly not delivered. So many missed areas and visible and obvious grime still left in Kitchen between cabinets and also toilets.

They even wanted to charge an additional $120 citing that my windows are “big” (I live in an average 2 br 2 bath apartment, with windows no more than usual) and that they had to work incredibly hard to clean the apartment. I was left with no choice and expected an incredibly clean apartment and only found out later through another agent that the cleaners actually wanted $120 because they had spent additional time cleaning the outside windows (without my consent and this was not part of the package. I did not ask for this as anything outside was an add on paid service).

Please be warned - see photos. Their good reviews are very likely from houses that have already been cleaned and minimal work is needed.

Avoid them at all cost, I am $462 out of pocket and have to reclean the house.

I hired Calibre Cleaning for a one-off deep clean, and the results were outstanding. Daniel tackled every corner of my home with care and attention to detail, leaving everything spotless and fresh. I was really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. If you're looking for a thorough deep clean, I highly recommend Daniel from Calibre Cleaning.

I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone. We used them 3 times first clean was not good at all complained to them and they asked for photo's which i sent through just to say they will make sure the next clean is done thorough.The second time after the clean was done they called to say they wanted more money and third time was the same. I complained and didn't pay the extra the cleaner left all the lights on was even locking my cat door and we even caught him saying on camera glad you have plenty off money. Never use Calibre Cleaning.
We now use Jim's cleaning and they are excellent cleaners.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommended this company to a friend or an enemy.

I paid for a deep clean and checked in advance that products and equipment would be provided. The cleaner showed up without a vacuum or mop, and only cleaned the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. After a few calls with the booking teams (it was a too challenging to communicate with the cleaner directly) it was agreed they’d come back to compete the floors and unfinished areas. There was no mopping done at all and they claimed they “wiped the floors” with a rag the first time and that was enough. There was also a claim that the oven was cleaned and I should accept that in lieu of the floors, but it definitely wasn’t done.

Still chasing a resolution/refund weeks later. Once payment is made this company tends to stop replying.

Poor quality work and poorer customer service.

Edit: After escalating profusely, I did receive a full refund.This was my experience off a single clean and based on other reviews in seems that it’s really hit and miss depending on the cleaner you get. I won’t be rebooking because I value my time. I ended up mopping my own floors and cleaning the rest of the rooms. Saga over, still wouldn’t recommend.
