If I could leave a negative 5 review I would. Lied about time and blamed the customer saying that we “demanded” them to finish at a time when the truth was we simply asked them if the cleaning will go past a certain time, which was also alright. And they were the ones that said “no for sure not” but when I reasoned with them that the inside of the refrigerator and the space was not cleaned the lady told me that my family did not tell them and said no need. When in fact my family had said you no not need to care about the some stuff in the living room, never the small fridge. Every time my family went to check it looked like they were “doing work” and they said they worked really hard but if hard clean work defines as rushed and even more strains then I don’t know. They left their dirty shoes prints ALL over the floor that they just wiped and thinks it’s clean, did not even bother to clean the corners until pointed out too. HORRIBLE service and waste of money. They shouldn’t even be charging $36/H for such a sloppy job, not to mention their customer service attitude as just as sloppy as their cleaning, blaming the customers instead of taking feedback.

I had a very comfortable experience with them, i used them for cleaning my carpets. They did a good job of it, and the people who who worked on it were very user friendly, and helpful..Best carpet cleaning services provider..

Too bad of a job. They did not dry the carpets and the stains are still visible. and they made it worse.
