I have passed by Capital Postal many times while driving down Atlantic, not realizing it was there. My first visit to this establishment was yesterday. Very nice service! Takisha was easy going and professional. She took the time to answer my questions and explained the business process of what I was handling for the first time. Still, my visit was quick and easy. Do not waste your time coming here. Absolute joke of a business. I can see from other reviews that they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to fingerprints. It was obvious from the second I walked in they didn’t want to be there. Sitting around, doing nothing. Their excuse was a “wrong birth date.” Lol ok good one. Never come here.

I went here to get my fingerprints done for my caregiver job position I had got hired to and the worker at this location who helped me out put my birthdate incorrectly and then I went to the office and showed them my proof that I correctly put my birthday and because of them they delay my fingerprints process and then resubmitted the fingerprints again 2 weeks later and they fill out my job position just because of them I lost my day shift position and have to work a swing shift from 2pm-10pm. Be careful when you go to any paperwork here and double check.
