Managing a K-8 school can prove to be difficult in moments of high stress and response. Luckily, we have City Wide Facility Solutions always available to help out - especially during these moments. Due to yesterday's high wind, one of our parking lot light posts was damaged and began to sway aggressively. To avoid complete chaos, I Immediately contacted Patricia Martinez, who is our Account Manager at City Wide. She was extremely quick to respond and had a crew come out that same afternoon to investigate what was going on with the light post. They were able to set up their lift, dismantle the pole, and secure the area so no one would get hurt or cars would get damaged.

To say the least, I am very pleased to have a contractor that is dedicated to preserving our safety and most importantly, is committed to our community - even at a moment's notice.

My church uses City Wide (I am part of the group that helps hire cleaners). They have been the best group we have used in the last 5 years. They keep the place looking nice. If we ever need anything touched up or need help with supplies Patricia is there to help us. She is very quick to respond when we reach out and quicker to help us get the best service we can. City Wide continues to be a fabulous resource for us. Our Account Manager is extremely attentive and responsive to any needs that arise. The building is always well taken care of. Which is quite an accomplishment with 500+ students running around all day.
