It was a good job, definitely better than it was before. It was not a deep cleaning and certainly not worth the amount I paid, especially the tip I left. Looks like they started to clean the shades. They didn't go underneath anything (bed, dresser, etc) nor did they move anything to get underneath (couch, chaise chair, etc). Can't say that I would use their service again.

Love the company. They have been cleaning my home for more than a year and work is always top notch. I think I have had two instances where something wasn’t completed to my satisfaction and the company responded same day and sent someone out the next day to fix the affected areas. It’s very easy I get the reminders and charge on my card and if I need to reschedule it’s easy to call in and reschedule. 5/5

Very friendly, efficient, detail-oriented team! I needed help with a Move-Out Cleaning prior to vacating my 2 bed/2 bath apartment and they were able to deep-clean everything in about 3.5 hours. They did an excellent job. The process of getting a personalized quote and then scheduling the service was super easy and transparent from start to finish. I got quotes from a lot of companies around Denver and I am happy with the choice I made. Highly recommend!

We were so impressed by the move-out cleaning we received! They did a BEAUTIFUL job and we will absolutely use their services again for any future cleaning needs. Scheduled a move out clean of my old apartment, and they did a very shafty job cleaning. Called to get a refund, and the offered only 50% back, and were pretty unapologetic about the whole situation. Was informed that I could submit a form to Google to process a complete refund, which everyone knows damn well, it will probably never come. For $375, I expected a lot better service. See pictures below and you tell me if you think it’s worth it. I had to go back and clean the place myself. Incredibly disappointed, I just want my money back.

Denver Cleaning Service Company was stellar in helping us with move-out cleaning. They were flexible in scheduling around our needs, and were able to work around us as we finished packing up our apartment. We would definitely use them again!

Overall, the cleaning was satisfactory! The cleaners were timely and relatively thorough, which I really appreciated. One of them was also clearly allergic to my cats, but she stuck it out and didn't complain at all. I'd recommend to the company that they add a place for people to include the types of pets they have so that situation could be avoided.

My only complaint was that they use a mop and bucket for floors. I personally think mops just push dirt around. There were also some areas that they missed dusting.

Otherwise, I would really recommend this company! The pricing was reasonable for our space, too.
