These gals were phenomenal. ! I was really very impressed with them and the way they tackled the house. Very organized and professional and thorough. They cleaned in places that had not seen the light of day in , literally, years. Now I have free time to put my energies into things that I want to do. I am 63 years old and only have X amount of energy. I want to spend that energy doing things that I love doing - not cleaning my house. Thank you! I recommend the Deep Cleaning package!

We used Zisty when looking for regular cleanings and would not recommend given much better experiences/cost with other companies. Zisty requires an initial/deep clean but the cleaning we received was not worth price. They charged $336 and stayed a little over an hour. Our house is 2100 square feet. Many missed details especially with mopping/floors.

Zisty Clean is great and Marica, who is our regular cleaner, is fantastic. She's friendly, does an amazing job, is quick, and everything is perfect when she leaves. Thank you, so much ZISTY CLEAN! They were able to clean my apartment after Molly Maids called us to cancel the morning of our scheduled cleaning, it didn’t work for us because we were moving out that day. I would highly recommend for all move out needs. The job was done well.

I purchased the “new house” clean. They did a decent job cleaning the appliances and the rest of the house (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) but I am pretty upset with the “carpet cleaning”. It was for one 20x15 foot room for $98. It looks like they literally vacuumed the floor. It doesn’t even smell clean. There were a couple a light stains, nothing was removed. I asked for a price reduction and they declined and offered to do it again, but my landlord wanted to go somewhere else that will actually clean the carpet (makes sense). If you use them don’t purchase the carpet clean, it’s a joke.

Update: I emailed pictures and videos to management and got no response.

Update #2: Avery reached out and reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning portion ($99). I really appreciate the follow up, and would like to reiterate that the house cleaning was very good

The only reason this has any stars is because of Marissa. She was great, but the job I asked for was meant for a team, not just one person to tackle on their own. She had to work for 7 hours and of course could not get through the entire house. This is super stressful when you’re doing a move out during a work week but now have to take time off of work to finish cleaning. Overpriced for what you get, and I am really annoyed that the guy who took my call did not take me seriously when I said I needed a house cleaned for a move out. Do not recommend.

Edit: the owner Avery called me after I complained and said all sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions. I told him this wasn’t a job for one person and he asked me how many hours I work at my job!? Completely unprofessional, go somewhere else.

Edit 2: The walk through was done with a neighbor, not myself, so I never approved the "finished" cleaning.
