I had my wedding dress preserved after it had been in my closet for years. There were stains on it that I figured wouldn't come out, but Dublin Cleaners was able to remove them. They were very good at communicating with me, whether it was about the process, pricing, or pick up. Dipali was very friendly and helpful during the pickup process and even helped bring the dress to my car (it was a big box!). We are from out of town as is our daughter so we needed to find a place that would steam, press and arrange her dress for the wedding. From the get go, Margaret was AMAZING!! She was in constant contact, explained everything and made the entire process seamless. She put our mind at ease and it was wonderful to not have any apprehensions in regard what is probably one of the most important parts of any wedding.

I dropped off the wedding gown, over-skirt, veil and my gown on Thursday. Regina was wonderful, and I left having no concerns whatsoever that everything would be handled. The gowns was perfect when delivered to the venue, and everyone was impressed with the professionalism.

I have had a many items cleaned and restored at Dublin Cleaners over the years, one item was my 40 year old wedding dress that had hung in the closet with a big red wine stain down the front. Greg removed the stain and cleaned the dress from a dingy yellow to its original white. I had two baptismal dresses restored and recently a baptismal bonnet that my mother in law had made back in 1938 for her first born. All look beautiful and will be worn again for an upcoming baptism. Greg and Margaret are wonderful to work with. I take all of my dry cleaning and restoration work to them.

We always get exceptional service from our driver, who is very friendly and always takes such good care of our clothes. We actually have the garage access pass where they can bring the clothes in and hang them in our garage so if the weather is bad outside, we don’t have to worry about the weather, taking out our dry cleaning. Always timely King pretty much guarantee when they’re going to pick up and drop off. We have had a couple of items that had come up missing that were quickly found, and we were kept throughout the process.
