ABM provides our company with post construction cleanings and touch up cleanings for many of our tenant rebuild construction projects. We choose to work with Juan and his team because of their consistency and availability. They are professional, kind and great with their communication. Issued a ticket even though my parking pass was on the dash board of the car. Sent in an appeal (automated response indicated they would contact me within 5 days) and no response for 6 weeks. Told me that I have to pay anyway. Where are the published parking guidelines that indicate the pass cannot be on the dash? Why have an appeals department that won't live up to their own guidelines of responding within 5 days, yet tell me that I did not display my pass properly? What a crock of crap! I don't plan to pay it, and I am sure they will send it to a collection agency.
