A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Fantastic Cleaners. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money and left in a situation where I’ll lose my apartment bond after I paid for an end of lease clean. I booked and paid for an end of least clean and could not have been more disappointed. The cleaners were 3 hours late and hardly made any effort. They didn’t even both to vacuum or dust the living area.
I paid extra for balcony cleaning but the area wasn’t even touched. I also paid extra for wall spot cleaning yet the marks/dust on the walls that could have been removed weren’t wiped. Windowsills were left dirty, window frames weren’t cleaned. Skirting boards weren’t washed.
When I complained, Rick was initially helpful and said he would organise a re-clean but nothing came of this. Myself and my landlord have been attempting to get in touch to no avail. I am so disappointed and really feel like I have been conned.

If I could do less than one star I would, I have not experienced such a horrible cleaning service in my life, especially when this is something that is not cheap. Firstly, the cleaners were 3 hours late to the job and failed to communicate any of this to me until I had to relentlessly call the company to ask where they are. Secondly, because they were late, they were unable to complete the cleaning job in the designated time because I had to leave for another commitment. Thirdly, I would absolutely not call these two people cleaners, I have never witnessed such a horrible cleaning job in my life, they didn’t clean the kitchen besides spraying and wiping the bench, the didn’t vaccum properly, no mopping was done, barely any dusting was done, they used wet cloth with chemicals on it when wiping my very expensive decorative books and valuables, they did not clean the toilet or the bathroom correctly, both bedrooms were also not cleaned, only a quick vacuum was done.

This is absolutely not a an overreaction at all, this was honestly such a horrible job done. When I went to management to explain this situation and how unhappy I was, they offered me $25 off for the next service, I thought this was unbelievable and a laughable matter. I asked for a refund because the service in question was absolutely not done, spending nearly $200 for nothing! Then when I escalated this matter, they offered me a $50 refund, this is seriously such a rip off company and I can’t believe how I have been treated with this disrespectful offer in return for a horrible job done.

I used this company to do a bond clean and I was not 100% happy with the results, however after speaking with Rick at their customer service team, I was able to receive a partial refund for the clean which I am satisfied with. Thank you to Fantastic Services for dealing with this issue in a professional manner and making sure I was happy with the outcome.

Medina was fantastic! I booked with NDIS because I struggle cleaning with my disability. I was loosing control of cleaning my place. She made it like a whole new apartment again and I could just rest while she worked her magic. Great service with fantastic cleaning, easy booking. You should ask for Medina if you want your expectations exceeded

Although I had an initial appointment cancelled due to traffic accident fantastic services arrange another cleaning professional to come and clean our rental. They were quick, efficient, and outstanding with cleaning. Would thoroughly recommend.
