I took my '04 Road King to Hector's shop a few weeks ago for issues with the front brakes. I waited until now to review just to make sure the work held up 🙂

The front calipers needed to be rebuilt due to a former mechanic from another shop mixing 2 different brake fluids. The seals had turned to mush and there was corrosion on the pucks.

Hector and his guys did a great job on my bike and the labor costs were more reasonable than the other dealers in the area.

Almost feels like a bike family and very friendly environment, they did nice work on my bike, and the owner was great to deal with. They got me in and out the same morning so I can't complain. I'd definitely recommend this shop for service.
Went here a second time and was charged $100 to put one screw in underneath my kickstand, when I complained about it to the mechanic, he then went to the owner where the owner said, "the price is the price"!
For something that took less than 5 minutes I don't think it was right that I was charged so much.

I've been bringing my '04 Roadking here for the last 5 yrs!
Hector has done everything from oil & tire changes, changing the cam chain tensioners and engine bearings. I have had Hector change out my stator, voltage regulator, starter, add complete belt drive system. Just recently I also had him rebuild the heads on my twin cam 88 and I got to say it runs better than brand new!
At 120k miles so far, and still runs great!

I dropped off a 95 cbr 600 f3 2 weeks before bike week. Hector told me it would take a month or so, I said that’s fine I get it. After month 3 of waiting on a response from Hector, I was the one calling the shop to get updates on my bike. It’s now July 14th and just a week ago now Hector told me that my bike is done. I’ve communicated with him on a time frame on when I would be able to pick up my bike. I work a full time sales job I don’t get times off for his shop hours. It took him over 4 months to fix my bike and it’s not even running correctly and now he’s saying that I need to pay him storage fee when I’ve been the one calling him about my eta of the bike being repaired. Please, tell me how this makes sense or fair whatsoever. I told him I’m not paying for storage when he did not upkeep his end of his promise. I absolutely would not recommend this shop to anybody. Hector is not professional or organized. Simple as that.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! Ordered parts before I dropped my C50 off. Only 2 day wait for parts and same day I dropped off finished repairs by that evening during the busiest bike month of the year. Side note owner is also a Veteran and dog rescue and gave me a price you can't beat. I'd give more stars if I could.

Best place to take your motorcycle! Recently bought my first one and took it here for some fork seals, plugs and tires. Hector is a great guy as well as the rest of the guys here. Very fair pricing and they do great work, I highly recommend.
