My mytee has had an issue with one of its vacuums and I ordered all of the parts that I suspected needed to replaced relays switches vacuum motor etc. I assumed that it was going to be a wiring issue after I put in all the new parts so I brought my machine to them since they are a certified mytee service center. I got a call the next day and they told me it was the relay. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking mytee gave me a faulty relay and I brought them a spare relay that I had from my recent parts order. The next day they told me my machine was ready and I trusted their word since when I opened my machine I saw that they did re splice some of the work I did. As soon as I got my first shampooing job of the next month my mytee wasn’t turning on just like when I brought it in the first time. I immediately brought it back and they told me that it’s working fine. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was my extension cords that were failing so I replaced them. I used my machine for a job I had scheduled but when my waste tank filled up and tripped the float switch I was back to a broken down machine. I opened my mytee as soon as I got home and turns out the problem with my unit was a bad float switch. I also tested the relay that they switched out and that was also working fine. I paid almost 300$ in labor just for them to swap out parts that were fine and for them to give me back a broken machine that I ended up having to diagnose and fix.

I had dropped off a extractor to do maintenance on it, replace everything that needed to be replaced. it took them three months from them to return it to me after they said it would take no more than 2 weeks to a month. The first two weeks had passed and I called to check to see if it was done. “Parts weren’t there yet” another two weeks passed, just for the lady to tell me that they never ordered the parts. Lying to a customer. It was the same lady each time. And each time I’ve called. It was always something different. Saying that all the parts arrived, then for it to be on back order. Then they proceed to say that they only specialize in one specific extractor brand when I clearly stated and showed them my extractor and what I wanted replace. And they proceeded to take the job knowing that it was a different brand but as they stated, only one specific brand.The lady in the front was so rude and disrespectful enough to lie after a lie. When I arrived and picked up my machine. Mostly everything that I told them I wanted to replaced was not replaced. I asked to see if they have certain parts to replace only for them to say they may not have it. Like how are you gonna offer the service but don’t have the stock to do so. Terrible terrible service. Would not recommend. If I could give them a zero star. That would definitely be the rating I’d give them

I'm new to the industry and had been buying product from Todd for less than two years. I just rented an older burnisher that did not function properly and I questioned it and was thrown out of the store, literally. I had asked them the day before should I do it dry or wet. He didn't say anything about a lubricant. But today upon return the item he said it didn't work right because you didn't use a lubricant. I said why didn't you tell me that yesterday. Just two weeks prior to that I questioned the price on a $40 shut off valve and he made sure to give me grief in that as well . So don't question their pricing or their service or you will get thrown out of the store. You should never bite the hand that feeds you. You Should always find a way to work with your customers even if they're questioning the smallest of issues. I would not recommend this store to anybody unless you want to get bullied. Apparently they don't like it when you ask for advice either. Strange, isn't that what professionals do everyday, help others that need it.
