From the office staff to the field managers and the cleaning crews they supply, JAN-PRO is the only company I would use to clean my office. I have used JAN-PRO in 4 different locations and never had any issues with how clean my offices are. You just show them what you want and they get the Job down. Very unhappy with this cleaning company. Take no pride in their work at all. After 2 years with them and 3 changes of crews gave notice we were leaving. They required 30 days..gave to them. Today they emailed they were done blaming that they couldn't get into building after 11pm. For 2 yrs they never needed to get into building after 11pm...they left my pediatric practice full of garbage, unclean with nary a concern. Their work has been shoddy at best, no attention to obvious issues..cobwebs, countertop dirty, exam rooms not cleaned well, bathroom walls not cleaned, etc. Their mgt makes excuses for their crews and yeses ou never rectifying issues. Do not use this company!

We have told them many times we have someone cleaning my office and they keep on. STOP!!!!!! already. do not try to sell us on the whole you have special products for my office. We are committed to the person who cleans my office. If you do not understand via phone maybe this review will make you stop calling us.

MY OFFICE GETS PHONE CALLS AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK FROM THESE PEOPLE!! AND EVERY WEEK I TELL THEM WE ALREADY HAVE A CLEANING SERVICE TO STOP CALLING! TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING! THE PEOPLE WHO CALL ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! JUST FROM THIS INTERACTION WITH THEM I WOULD NEVER USE THEM!!
