Great service and cleaning thus far! We switched to Jan-Pro about a month ago now and they have done a great job keeping the building and office space clean. Giving one star just so my review can be posted. (I work for a Dr.s Office) HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! We have been with this company for about a year. We switched crews three times. Its the same thing everytime. New crew agrees and understand all duties. Does good maybe the first two times and then either doesn't show up, doesn't do the task agreed to (one time came throw trash and left-stayed 20 min and it takes a solid 2 hours to do all tasks needed at our office) or shows up at 2 am. Some may not care what time the cleaning people show up however the Dr. receives a message when they put in the security code waking her up. We have been clear about that also. They don't listen. The reason for posting this review is because we are finally firing the company after they missed the last three scheduled cleanings. No one called us to give an excuse. Just nothing. Tried reaching out. Nothing. Call the main company and its the same thing as always "Oh, we are so sorry. We have been getting complaints. We will fix this" Nope just return the keys and we are DONE! Also they have no problem sending that bill to us knowing all the complaints we have made.
