Placed a catering order 2 days in advance. Got to restaurant and food was not ready. Had to wait. I was working off a meeting agenda with lunch to be picked up by 11:15 for lunch at noon. Got there on time and found out the Jets bread Got burnt and had to be redone. Lunch for the team was late. It was always difficult getting the restaurant on the phone for special request other than what the automated system provides.
I'm sure Jets pizza is great I just felt it was rushed and I know and understand it's difficult to maintain quality staff in the particular line of work. Ideally that's what I think is missing here is quality in staffing.

Do not order in advance. Horrible service, pizza took 2hrs. Go somewhere else.

On hold for 15 minutes and counting.

EDIT: we had to go get the pizza, but they offered a full refund. Good for them. Pizza is good!

For chain pizza to me this is the best. I have only tried their Detroit style pizza. Anyone that likes “Detroit style pizza” Jets is a really good pizza. I would not compare this pizza to any pizza that is not franchise so understand that when you see my 4 stars.

It is not for everyone because pizza styles are personal but like I said if you like Detroit style this is a must try. My go to is the pepperoni 8 corner and the Eugene supreme.

Don’t pay in advance. As others have mentioned, good luck getting your food on time. I thought if I ordered an hour ahead I’d be safe. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Food wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after I checked in. Was told 5 minutes, then was told another 15 as one was made wrong.

The pizza here is amazing- if you actually get it. The wait is usually at least an hour, which is fine, but twice now we've waited 3 hours for our order, multiple calls being told it's out for delivery or going out soon, only to have to call a final time and ask for a refund. If they can get the delivery figured out we would order way more often.

We always get take out. Kids LOVE it. Great pizza, but too greasy for me. Delicious, but I can only have it a couple of times a year.

2nd time we have not gotten a order we placed for delivery. Phone rang then gave a automated message. Finally got a hold of someone today and they were like ok we can send that out now... umm sir it was for yesterday and I would really like my money back. Sucks because the pizza is good. The lack of communication and delivery of goods makes terrible. Will not be using them again .

I alwaysss eat at jet's but now I see why I always go to the Creedmoor location. I went to the wake forest location, after calling 5 times and no answer, once I arrived I realized the open sign was off so I assumed they were closed. But I tried the door and it was unlock but all the lights were off. Then I walked in and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone walked up. After ordering I realized there was a dead bug by the counter. Smh worst part was that my pizza crust was old and tasted horrible. Do not go to this location.
