We have been satisfied customers of Kentuckiana Comfort Center since 1999. They have sold us and serviced our furnaces, air conditioners and water heater. We are always satisfied with their products and maintenance of them. Big plus: Never do they pressure their customers to purchase something they don’t need! Their technicians and office staff are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Wr highly recommend them.

Our experiences with KCC have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only are they friendly, personable and reliable, but they're really, really good.

When I've called, the phone was immediately answered by a real live person who figured out who I needed to talk to and connected me directly to another real live purson. No hold music. No robots. No frustrating menus. Just good, kind people.

Both technicians who came out were pleasant and respectful and they also took the time to answer my many questions and help me understand how to improve the quality of my home's environment.

I just wanted to leave a positive review for KCC. I recently needed my air conditioning unit replaced, and they were fantastic throughout the entire process.

Fast service: They were incredibly responsive when I contacted them about the issue. They were able to quickly schedule a technician to come out and assess the situation.

Great work: The technician who replaced the unit was professional and efficient. The job was completed quickly and everything is working perfectly now.

I highly recommend KCC for air conditioning replacement or any other HVAC needs. They were fast, professional, and did a great job!

First of all, the price was very competitive, and they have outstanding financing options. Second, all of the staff from sales to installation were incredibly helpful, answered lots of my questions, and were both professional and exceedingly friendly. Finally, the work completed is not just satisfactory, it’s perfect. I can confidently say that the next time I need a new HVAC System this is the place that I will call.

I have been using KCC for years for maintenance and any repairs that needed to be done. I recently had a furnace and AC unit replace at my home. I was so satisfied with the pricing and service that I wanted to leave this recommendation for anyone needing a maintenance agreement or new equipment, use Kentuckiana Comfort.
