If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They charged me for a 6 hour clean and they only stayed for 3. When I asked the woman cleaning, she said they would reimburse me for the the 3 hours not used. I called and they put up such a fight. Told me that’s not how it works, blamed the cleaning woman for telling me that. Had to call multiple times over weeks to try and resolve this. The “manager” continued to tell me that I would not receive money back for the three hours of work they didn’t complete, so I stated that their own website said that they charge first time cleanings by the hour. The “best” she could do for me was send the original cleaner back for the hours she didn’t complete. What a fucking headache it was to deal with this company. Bad service and the clean was not worth the headache they caused. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!

The people we interacted with while booking were very nice but I wouldn't recommend them for a deep clean. It was like someone did a pretty good job cleaning the easy to reach surfaces, but definitely not what the website describes as "we get into all the pesky corners that are not regularly cleaned". We were excited to check our apartment out after they finished but were bummed that all the corners were still visibly dirty / untouched.

They left early as well so it wasn't like they ran out of time.

We splurged on the higher priced option and we definitely regret it - stick to the lower priced option or just go with someone else for a true deep clean. If you're just looking for someone to clean the toilet bowls and vacuum the main areas, then this place is probably fine - but don't pay for the upsell "deep clean".

We chose Maid Share for our thrice weekly office cleaning after Fatima, the owner, made a lovely first impression. That impression led me to have high expectations, and I am happy to report that they continue to impress! Fatima and her team are very communicative, timely and trustworthy. The quality of her homemade cleaning products are awesome and my team truly notice the lovely aroma and effectiveness of said products. We were able to work together to create a very efficient schedule that works for us and the price is so right! I highly recommend Maid Share for your home or office cleanings!

Maid Share is the perfect choice for a great deep clean in your place! The staff is kind, punctual and very knowledgeable in the ways of natural cleaning. I was so happy to see not a spec of dust upon my arrival at home. I can sleep a happy lady knowing my place is spotless! This was my first time using them but I will be doing so again.
