Nikkos was outstanding! He displayed extensive knowledge about the vehicle and went the extra mile to ensure excellent customer service. Although my preferred vehicle was not initially available, he miraculously located one within a week and reserved it for me without any limitations. Really great service. I just bought a Sprinter RV and had it thoroughly checked out to make sure everything was good and in working order. I had a number of questions which the service advisor took the time and showed or explained to me how the systems operated. The service technician took a video of the van and described what he did. That technician also took the time in the video to demonstrate that one of the systems I had concerns about was working and he showed the steps to needed to enable it. This was presented in a video that was then sent to my cell phone so I could view it later if needed. Overall great service from all sections of the service department from the time I made the appointment till when I checked out.

I was having on going issues with my 2021 C300 in that the battery was draining and the car would not start on many occasions. Bianca Mason arranged to keep the car for several days to find the problem. She was understanding of me (a female with a car that wouldn't start) and tenacious with her service dept, even involving the service manager to assist. There was no rush to return the loaner car as she was determined to take as long as necessary to find the problem. I recommend Bianca and MB of North Orlando!

I took my 2011 E350 for required 75000 mile -up. After diagnostic check-up, other major technical problems were found. Charges for the identified problems were expensive, and a big challenge for me, a retiree. I expressed my dilemma to the attendant, and he was able to talk to his supervisor. The end result was positive for me, as I was provided a discount. My car was serviced, and the identified problems were fixed. Many thanks to the Crew at Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. You are First Class. Thanks for your Superior Services and Support....All the time. I am totally satisfied ? ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My six-year-old C-300 was due for a B-9 service, which I learned was $3,000. I had taken care of most of the items on the service list (air filters, coolant check, oil and filter change, etc), so the important remaining items were the transmission fluid and filter, and the brake fluid. I had a $150 coupon, and the final bill was $1212. It seems expensive, but on the other hand, if you divide that by the six years I've driven the car, it's a bargain. Troy, my service advisor, explained all the charges and credits, and I was very satisfied with the visit. I feel the car will be safe to drive for many more years.

The physical service done on the car was fine and the service advisor was friendly enough. However, our overall experience with scheduling the appointment and dropping of the car was very misleading and frustrating. When we purchased the vehicle, we purchased a service plan with it. When making the appointment on a Tuesday, I had the person scheduling the appointment check if the plan was still valid. I was told we had one covered service left (the 3yr/30k service). So I made an appointment for the following Monday. On Monday, the friendly advisor checked me and then informed me with a smile that my plan expired 5 days ago and there was no way that they could still honor it. I am not sure why I wasn’t told when I scheduled the appointment that there was an expiration date and I should bring it in sooner. The car only had 26k miles and it was a couple days after a year from the prior service. We had to pay for the service again after we already paid for it once when we purchased the plan with the vehicle. So just be aware of all the fine print if you decide to purchase a maintenance plan with Mercedes.

Wonderful service! Alex did a great job of quickly processing the intake and was very informative. Also he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, especially the minor items like the wiper blades.
