I just tried this laundry again a couple of days ago. 10/13/24.
Not enough water in these high efficiency washers to clean, this time I approached management and complained. They were very friendly and very helpful they refunded my money for the washer.
I do not recommend this laundry because it just doesn't clean your clothes. I thought it was one pair of pants, it was multiple items that just didn't get cleaned. They recommended using a bigger washer with more water, which means spending more money and still possibly not getting your clothes clean. I do compliment management for being helpful and friendly, but I won't be back.
This was last year....They use high efficiency washers for the $3.50 medium load washers, I watched a sock just sitting by the window not get washed. A patron did tell me her clothes do get cleaned in the high efficiency washers, but that the larger machines have more water.The entire facility was dirty with small trash scattered about and stained tile. If I need to do laundry again here I'll either use the large machine or go elsewhere.

First time using this Laundry. Thought that I would try this location since it is a little closer to home for me. Several machines are out of service. After washing my clothing in three different machines I noticed that the water level was consistently set very low on all three machines for both the wash and rinse cycles. I asked attendant to look at the machines- he agreed that the water level looked very low (could only see some suds but no water on the door glass) but that he couldn’t do anything about it. He said that the problem was “above his pay grade”. I will be returning to my normal laundry service where I can see that there is ample amounts of water being used in both the wash and rinse cycle.

I haven't come here in about a year to do laundry because it wasn't kept clean. This morning I came in and what a big difference. There was an attendant on duty and he was cleaning the Laundromat. I will have no problem returning here.

Many broken machines, but overall was a good experience! The staff were kind, Rose was extremely helpful!! Decent pricing on the machines also.

This place is so dirty and many of the machines are out of service, I counted 11 that are out of order. Most of the working machines are so dirty with hair and smell bad. Not coming here again. It’s quite disgusting !

Left for just under 20 minutes like I normally do at a laundromat and by the time I got back someone swapped my load from the washer to the dryer. Never had someone do this and when I asked the onsite attendant (who was there when I started the load, and when I came to swap it) he said. “I didn’t see anything. Will not only did someone pilfer through my clothes and take whatever they want. I’m missing half my clothes will they also put it in the dryer leading me to believe everything was there. 1/10 will not be coming back.

You would think that it's extremely costly bcs it's Woodland Park but I actually really enjoyed this place during our family's emergency plumbing issues. I was able to do 5 entire loads or so in one gigantic industrial washer. I mean I stuffed this thing and did an extra rinse and for less than $20 ( that's including the inexpensive cost to use the industrial dryer) and to my amazement everything came out very clean. It's quiet and easy for me to do my laundry and keep my eyes on my 2 toddlers. Clean bathrooms is a plus!
