I have recently contracted Mint to manage 6 of my properties. Due to Covid, I have to ensure that all of my properties are cleaned frequently for the safety of my customers. Mint has delivered and even came out during unscheduled days and nights that were unplanned for deep cleanings due to emergencies on my end. I did not mind the extra costs for the unplanned visits as each visit was worth it! Total lifesaver.
