I ordered Molly Maids for a family member. The first crew of three did not clean well. She told me the details. I called the office and relayed the comments. Mary in the office told me that Molly Maids has a sparkling clean guarantee. She sent a two person crew the same day I phoned and that crew was excellent; there was no extra charge and the second crew exceeded expectations. We will definitely ask for the second crew next time.

I am so impressed by this service--not only does my house look clean, but it smells clean too, and for a reasonable rate! Lisa, Thea, and Isabella are professional, personable, and efficient. Today, for example, Lisa noticed that my bedroom window was "streaky" on the outside, so she immediately went out on the patio and cleaned it. I didn't even have to ask. This is the type of diligence any homeowner wants! I highly recommend Molly Maids of Northern Brevard.

I will start by saying I never got as far as having Molly Maid clean my house, because my first impression wasn’t a good one.

I had an appointment on a Tuesday at 10 am, to have Marie come to my house to look around and give me a quote. They called on Monday to confirm this appointment.

On Tuesday, no one came. At 10:56, I get a call to let me know that Marie was running late and that she’s on her way.

I said please don’t bother. I had an appointment at 11 and could not meet her.

They called to confirm the day before, which tells me they value THEIR time. But clearly they do not respect MY time. I worked my day around an appointment that I made, and confirmed. If Marie knew she could not make it for 10:00, I should have heard from them BEFORE 10:00. Not 10:56, almost a full hour later.

You cannot just show up to an appointment whenever you feel like it, without notifying the other party. That is not how the real world works. If this is what my first impression is, I have no desire to know what it’s like to work with this company.

These ladies know what they are doing! Otilia and Reshma have been our cleaning crew since May and we couldn't be happier with the service. I work remotely from home and they are professional, efficient, and they treat our home with care and are so friendly to us and our dog! Last week I told my husband to be on the lookout for my earing I had lost and the next day after they cleaned they placed the lost earing with another item so I could find it. We have the weekly service and sometimes we are home, but on occasion we are out and the cleaning service is consistent, they do a fantastic job every time! If you are considering starting service I highly recommend them!

Today I’ve made a year working for this company. I absolutely love doing my job here at this company and I enjoy what I do. I have two amazing bosses Marie and Mykel and an awesome manager Mary. There are many perks of being an employee at this company and many abilities to learn and become great at what you do. I’ve learned so many new ways to clean and up clean houses and I’ve gained most of my knowledge from amazing colleagues. Cleaning isn’t everyone’s perk but for me it’s has been a huge turning point in my life and I’m always open to learn and have the will to apply myself with anything that is thrown at me. My bosses are very lenient and works with all of the employees here and I’m grateful that they have given me the opportunity to become a Molly Maid and I hope

Molly Maid of North Brevard has never disappointed me. They are always there on time, come prepared for every request i have ever asked. the ladies are super sweet and efficient . my home is always super clean and smells amazing when the ladies have cleaned. I would never hire any other service. Hands down Molly maid is the best cleaning service around.

Three came at our Palm Bay house.They did a phenomenal job cleaning the bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. I would recommend Lisa and her crew to anyone!
