Lo que venden tienen muchos, desperfectos y luego te dan un precio y terminas pagando otro. Compré una lavadora y no estoy feliz con ella, esa cosa no sirve. No vuelvo a comprar nada, ningún electrodoméstico en ese lugar, prefiero comprar de segunda mano o completar todo el dinero y comprarlo Cash en lowes o home depot.
Ojalá hubiera leído antes de comprar en este lugar. Es basura lo que venden.

Absolutely trash place! Bought a washer and dryer from them, the washer had dirt and debris when they placed it into our laundry room. The washer began leaking a little about a few days after we got it. It has now leaked a lot and caused a flood like situation in our closet and hallway area. The dryer takes a long time to dry clothes. I called the owner and he said he would send someone out but it’s on the technicians time so we have no idea when they are coming. I will link photos of the damage.

Title: Defective Refrigerator and Terrible Service
I recently purchased a refrigerator and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite asking about the ice maker before buying, the salesperson assured me that everything was in working order. However, once the refrigerator was installed, I noticed that the ice maker was producing ice very slowly hardly any, and now it's not working at all.
When I contacted the store owner to report the issue, he claimed that ice makers aren't important and that they don't check if they work. This was incredibly frustrating, as I rely on ice daily.
The delivery and installation technician was also incredibly rude and disrespectful. He asked me for a knife and used it as a tool, despite my protests. I believe he was speaking negatively about me in a language other than English or Spanish. His behavior was unacceptable, and I would have asked him to leave if I hadn't needed my refrigerator installed.
I'm writing this review to warn others about their poor customer service and defective products. While they may be a cheaper option, it's clear that you get what you pay for.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I don’t know why this store hasn’t been sued already? I caught this people buying broken appliances putting them in the box and selling them as new. If you go through the back you will see the process where the appliances are outside rain, and all THIS STUFF DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY ( Said mexicans break everything so to my Mexicans he is Racist.) I’m not even Mexican.

The owner blatantly lied to us to make a sale. He told us he would order new handles for our fridge if we purchased it ... We did and we have had nothing but issues since. The "brand new" fridge has had to be serviced more than once. It was not under warranty because it was purchased by the owner under less than ideal conditions (per the person that had to come and fix it) even though the owner assured us it was covered. Now we've had it a year and it leaks and the freezer door doesn't work correctly.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. Owner is rude and disrespectful. Stove was missing the largest element from the stove top and the only way we would know that is by opening the stove up right? Cool call the person that sold me the stove he said that the 30 day warranty was no longer valid because WE opened stove. Was very rude and nasty and hung up! I would not recommend this place. Luckily the part that is need is only $40 dollars but I would not buy from this place again!

We bought a pair of Maytag industrial washer & dryer. We bought the pair with the few visible dents and dings. A Hispanic/ Latino lady (the owner's wife) hung around us but wasn't helpful as she said she didn't speak English.

This retail family owned business sells mostly matching pairs of washer/dryers, but also refrigerators too. The business does offer delivery, but we picked our set up the same evening.

The owner was more helpful and he's the one that actually repaired the machines. We got a 30 day warranty (on their letterhead spelling out the specifics of the warranty. My fiance bought the set in March 2019 and the dryers just started to take forever to dry.

Maybe something as simple as replacing the element. My only advice is, just like with ANY major purchase new or used, save all the paperwork tied to it!! It's important for warranty issues, insurance issues and possibly parts as well.
