ServIT has been such a refreshing change of pace. For 6 years, I personally handled all the IT requests for our company and it was a major time challenge. We use ServIT as our outsourced IT Provider and they have been excellent. The REASON we found them is due to our previous provider dropped the ball many times. ServIT came in and created a flow for the processes we needed specifically around email management and keeping our laptops/desktops up to date with the latest protections needed!

This company use to be good but now they don't return service requests. We have a business server we use for our accounting department and they never get back to us and the server is constantly down. The claim they have "internal issues". Looking to switch companies right away.
