We had to call Servpro to help with an issue we had in our condo. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Marianna could not have been more pleasant!! They were on top of everything and completed the job in a really easy and efficient manner. When they said they would be there they were and always left the workplace very clean. The emergency crew, Mariana and her demolition crew, and Paul and his construction crew were all top notch. All work was done promptly, professionally, and under budget. Everyone was quite courteous and considerate. The room is better now than it was originally, before requiring reconstruction. Two thumbs up!

I recently had my AC replaced (the AC job was not by servepro), and I wasn’t aware that my attic was accumulating a lot of condensation. It got so bad that some corners of the house started showing water damage. I reached out to SERVPRO for help, and they assigned Mariana to my project. I have to say, they made the entire process easy and stress-free. Victor, the initial assessor, was knowledgeable and straightforward, explaining exactly what needed to be done to address all the problem areas thoroughly. Their demo crew came in, removed the affected areas, and cleaned everything up without leaving any mess behind. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful, and made sure the job was done right. Thanks SERVPRO of Boynton Beach for helping me out.

Came home from vacation to a caved in Livingroom ceiling caused by a leak in my master bath upstairs. Needless to say extensive damage. We called ServPro of Boynton Beach (Easter Sunday)and they were here with all kinds of machines in 40minutes. Amazing. This company does it all. They aren’t kidding with their slogan
“Like it never even happened”
Once my home was completly dry moisture free with all their top of the line equipment ,(18 machines in our home) they then started construction. In EIGHT days my home is put back together. Unheard of!! The whole team was kind compassionate and so very professional. A special shout out to Paul always there to advise and took care of business. To the ServPro Team a warm hearted thank you!
