After a recent rain event, Servpro was quick to respond. My initial call was at 7pm and Mark returned my call in less than 2 hours. He arrived on-site the following morning to assess the damage. After reviewing the scope of work he had a crew out that afternoon by 4:30. Daryl & Hender completed the remediation in about 4 hours. Wet carpet and padding and removed paneling off the walls. In just about 24hrs the mess was carted away and the basement was in the dry out phase. 8 large fans and 1 dehumidifier for 4 days and the basement is dry. Mark, Daryl and Hender were very professional every step in the process. My 94 tried old mother-in-law was very grateful.

I can’t thank Andoni enough. We had a kitchen fire & he came right over (on a Sunday night) with an Air Scrubber. He explained to us what needed to be done and sent his crew the next morning.
