I called Serve Pro last week because my water sensor alerted me to a leak in my laundry / utility room. Marty responded within four hours. Although it was a big disaster for me, Marty made it seem simple. He was mindful and respectful of my possessions and my elderly dog.

Disasters aren't fun, but the right person and attitude makes all the difference. I was really worried, Marty was calm and quickly took the lead.

He took the time to look over the area and gave me lots of options for water and mold mitigation / prevention. Luckily since I was able to identify this problem quickly and stop the water leak, the mold issue was minimal. The water damage covered two walls and a floor (which were replaced).

Marty took the time to go over things with me on how to make things better for subsequent repairs such as the plumber who was coming in to re-pipe, the tile guy and the drywall repair guy. I feel that the service was top notch and I received compliments from all of the subsequent contractors on how easy it was to come in behind Marty and effect repairs.

They may say "Like it never even happened" as a motto, but I feel like it should be "Just relax, we are sending Marty and Serve Pro is on the case". If I ever have a problem again, Marty and Serve Pro are my first call.

Was quoted by several other companies and all of them tried to overcharge or scare you into agreeing with them with each quote. Scott came out and was not only more thorough than the other companies but gave us far more peace of mind regarding the extent of what actually needed to be done without 'selling' more than what was actually needed. Scott came to give me a free inspection/recommendations after I had a small leak (about 5x5) onto my floor at front of house and mold on the carpet tack strip and small spots on carpet, from faulty management of heavy rain water by gutters and water probably getting in under the window. I had already gotten rid of the moldy wood carpet tack strip, used dehumidifier to dry out my carpet, and replaced my faulty gutters. He was personable and explained his findings very clearly, and was very helpful in describing what might happen when I have my window replaced and how it could be managed. He told me his remediation services weren't required. He allayed my worry that a remediation company might "take me to the cleaners." Now I wouldn't hesitate to contact him if I had a bigger problem.
